Your response in inaccurate and fails to address a few important concerns.
I am responding to your response to my original review. You came in for the first service on 1.31.23 and authorized the work to be completed and pay $228.52. The work was completed at 2:38 pm on 1.31.23 as you waited. When you went to pay you said you were told around a $100 over the phone for an oil change, we let him know that a first service was a lot more than an oil change and he signed for the work. You continued to complain to the service manager and the manager accommodated you and lowered the price all though you indeed were charged the correct amount. I was told around $100 for the 600 mile service, I did not ask how much is just an oil change. I respectfully asked why I was being charged that much and if anything I had a tone of surprise but continuing to complain is not true. Why would you only tell me the oil change price when I said I needed the 600 mile service? You came in at 1:49 pm on 5.30.23 and chose to wait for service to be completed. We let you know that it was 2.5 hours to complete and you became inpatient towards the end of the job. The technician did accidentally leave the oil filter removal tool on the unit. The tech called you and told you about the error and offered a free chain clean, lube and adjust for the inconvenience. Service was completed and cashiered at 4:28pm and was also told about your tires at this time. I became inpatient? I did go out of my way just to bring the tech's wrench back after they left it attached to the filter. If I was someone who just complains wouldn't I have complained then? You had your unit towed in with two flat tires and was checked in on 7.12.23 @2:57pm. You did have road hazard and they would cover the front tire only because your rear tire did not meet the requirements for tread which is stated in his contract. You became upset about this and complained. It was too late in the day to complete the work so we told you it would be done the next day. You then called in the morning complaining that his bike wasn't done. The pattern has developed as evident in the explanation and complaint history. You picked up the unit at 1:57 pm on 7.13.23 and yet again complained that both tires were not covered all though it clearly states in the contract. There is a big difference between complaining and asking a question. I asked legitimate questions about the tread depth and called the next afternoon respectfully asking if my bike was ready because I was told it would be ready. You see this as customers complaining? I complained that both tires weren't covered when I picked my bike up? That is a flat out lie. Why was there zero slack in my chain after my tires were changed? Did I complain? That probably deserves a complaint but instead I had someone else fix it. You had multiple visits after this and when the General Manager has spoken to you on the phone, it was suggested that due to your unhappiness and complaints every single time you have solicited us for service work that you should take your work to another dealer. We made the decision to not retain you as a customer. It appears you have already made complaints against other dealers as well. This is also a flat out lie. The first time I spoke to Reko he actually asked if there was anything he could do for me, which I did appreciate but I told him I had lost my trust at this point. The second time Craig disrespectfully hung up on me all Reko would tell me is were not going to go too deep into it. I also emailed him asking for clarification why I was being refused service which was ignored and I can provide. If you're going to do research on my complaints aka reviews, there is only one other dealer, not dealers for Ride Now Daytona Beach. Did you see the 5 star review I made for Seminole Power Sports because they can properly and honestly diagnose / fix my malfucntioning motorcycle first attempt that you didn't do in three. If you want to go into my reviews as if it is relevant to my poor experience with you, you would see the majority of reviews are 5 stars and positive. I've never once in my life had such bad experiences with a business as I've had with St. Augustine Power Sports, it compelled me to write such an unfortunate review. I've always been nothing but polite and respectful to every person I've ever encountered there and had fine experiences with Amber, Jeff, Ron, Joe, Porter, etc. but unfortunetly there is a rude, dishonest, and incompetant service manager / techs. Your response looks like a poor attempt to save face and paint a picture that I'm somehow inpatient and complain instead of what should be a genuine apology on your part for the consistent poor experiences you provided despite the amount of times I tried to give you another chance. You failed to address some of the most important points of my review like going back 3 seperate times failing to fix my bike, telling me I need different parts to fix it, which were all wrong, etc.
