Horrible service
Horrible service dept. Took sxs and atv for repairs. 6 months telling them I had a fuel pump issue, they kept saying wrong and charged me for multiple other things then left it in pieces, then finally on paper admit yes it was fuel pump. They then Stated atv wouldn't start even though I drove it off my trailer on video, they said I need an ecu and whole harness (which was not in their paperwork after i got an employee to print it up) , i was told told the atv was non working and wanted me to fix multiple issues on the 3rd time dealing with just a fuel pump and 10 months later, After getting it back from them lying what needed to be fixed, and me putting it back together after it being in pieces, I drove it for 11 hours with no issues except the fuel pump still not at the right psi, if the ecu is bad it wouldn't start, if the harness was broken it wouldnt get signal to start. They unplugged a wire and lied and told me it didn't work. Once I plugged it back in, the unit ran just fine. Sxs paperwork said replace front shocks they were bad, the tech put one of the front shocks on the rear and one on front. Obviously in the wrong place, then they wpuldnt put it where it belonged. They sold me a store service plan for free services and now won't honor my services because After complaining of the lie about the ecu and other issues, (the manager said she did not know what an ecu was or what a shock looks like, how are you a manager if you know nothing) I was being a complainer and told me I can't come back there anymore. Always take pics and videos before you drop off They are taking advantage of people and lying and if you refuse to pay for things they break they threatened to keep your equipment. I spoke with kawasaki and they are sending a tech manager to look at my unit and are going to help me and are starting an administrative complaint on this location. I will not stop posting in every group and all over social media until they take accountability for their actions and fix my units correctly. I have reached out to an attorney who is interested in this case with a fiducta claim. Do not let people walk all over you like this and I am going to do this for the principal of the cause.
